Right of Revocation

This revocation policy applies to consumers domiciled in the European Union (Art. 6(1) Rome I Regulation). For orders from countries outside the EU, the separate provisions further below apply.

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Christoph Hipper, Hipper Machines, Osterkam 21, 83101 Rohrdorf, Germany, email: info@hippermachines.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the model revocation form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. For this reimbursement we use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must send the goods back or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate the revocation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

International orders (outside the EU)

For orders from countries outside the European Union, we accept returns of unused machines within 14 days of receipt on a case-by-case basis. The customer bears all shipping costs in both directions. The original shipping cost is not refundable. Please contact us by email before returning so we can agree on the details.
